- To have at least 1,000 individual membership
- To have at least 30 new Bowls clubs established under affiliate members
- To have lawn bowls sport facilities in every states
Malaysia to be the world elite lawn bowls national team
- To rank amongst Top 3 in the world
- To be the best team in Asia
- To earn medals in every world and regional championship
Continued development of long-term and sustainable programmes
- To have qualified athletes to represent the country
- To have sufficient pool of certified coaches and technical directors/umpires
- Lawn bowls to be a major sporting calendar
PLBM to be recognized amongst best managed sports federation
- To be led by professionals and individual with excellent track record
- To be self-funded and financially stable
- To adopt best practices and standards in its administration and lawn bowls sports (playing surface, equipment, etc)
Establish strategic and technical alliances with leading countries
